Your documents
You keep ownership of your documents. Upload and share only content you have permission to use. You authorize us to store and process it to provide the service. Do not use Vaulto for unlawful content, unauthorized access, spam or attempts to evade service limits.
Access controls
Access requires an online server check. Expiry and revocation restrict future access; they cannot erase copies already obtained. Screen protections and watermarks do not guarantee prevention of copying or photography.
A recipient view is counted when the server releases access to a document. Interrupted downloads and retries can consume views. Owners do not consume recipient views.

Free accounts have 10 document slots and files of up to 20 MB each. Where offered, Pro has 100 document slots and files of up to 45 MB each. Documents already stored keep their size if your plan changes. Encrypted objects and pending reservations count toward capacity.
The monthly sharing allowance is 512 MB on Free and 10 GB on Pro. Each person’s first opening of a document on a given day counts its encrypted file size against the owner’s allowance; the owner’s own openings don’t count. It resets each UTC calendar month. This allowance measures authorized openings, not actual network traffic. Abuse of repeated downloads is not permitted.
Subscriptions
If subscriptions are available, Google Play shows the localized price and billing period before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play. Restore purchases from the same Vaulto account used to purchase.
Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access normally continues until the current paid period ends, subject to refunds or store adjustments. After expiry, existing documents are not automatically deleted because of the downgrade. New uploads pause while you exceed Free capacity, and the Free opening allowance applies.
Refunds are handled through the applicable store process and any rights required by law.
